Eric, the reason we are engaging in trade with Columbia is because your president Bush is in bed with the FARC terrorists. It is a darn shame that we keep supporting terrorists and criminals in other parts of the world yet say that we are in a fight against terrorism. It is a good thing that Bush is leaving office soon.

My good friend, Eric, you have missed the point here. America is doing what it can to help the poor and peasant class in Columbia with economic opportunities. If we did not do that, we would have had more drugs floating around on the streets of America. Think about it for a moment.

Dr. Rawlins, Cesare Lombroso was a racist and a misogynist as I am sure you are aware. To feed us with his filth is an insult to our intelligence. He blamed black male criminality on their African features and women criminality on Freud. PLEASE!!!

To answer your question, Dr. Rawlins, women do not commit as many violent crimes as men, but when they do, they go over the top and take the cheese. I am more afraid of “a woman’s scorn” than an angry man. However, the merging of roles will definitely make women commit equal amounts of violent crime, especially as a result of the philosophy of equal rights.

Speaking about preparing for terror, Dr. Bjork wrote, “A large part of the answer lies in a wise use of political and psychological realities.” When our current president, George Bush leaves office in a few months, let us hope that Obama does not become president because his political and psychological realities are not in alignment with reality. After all, he wants to embrace the very people who want to kill us. Is that preparation?

Dr.Svensson Bjork, when you speak of consequence management, are you saying that we must prepare for that instead of prevention? If my recollection and training are correct, I believe that consequence management is “cleaning-up” after something bad has happened. Why not train to prevent us from having to “clean-up” after something bad has happened?

Mr. George Torres is eating craw now that Obama has been nominated to be the next president and his Clinton candidate bit the dust. All of that crap that you wrote about Obama served only to garner more support for him rather than hurt him. Are you sorry that you did so now, George?

George, George, George, what are you going to do when Obama is sworn in as president of the United States and remain in office for eight years? It is going to happen you know. You are an angry and bitter man and you need to relax or else you will have a hear attack in January, 2009.

Ljosdal, you used to write about “fun stuff” but your recent articles seem to be melancholic. I know you can do better than that unless if there is an underlying issue, forgive me.

Ljosdal, quoting someone said “growth can come in some unexpected moments, “in death and in grief.” What if I said poppycock? I lost my wife and two years later, lost my only child. I have only seen “growth” in one area…bitterness. You and the person quoted are incorrect. Try again.

I just learned something about President Harrison. He had to have been a democrat to be that foolish to stand outside in the cold and talk for so long that he caught pneumonia and died. I hope that Obama goes to Alaska to campaign and stand outside for several hours to give a speech (jk).
